The Big Red Food Shed known affectionately locally as "The Big Red", is a project by a group of people who have come together to grow food for the local community using innovative methods to produce high yields from small spaces. These include, Wicking Beds, Kratky Beds, Vertical Crops, Aquaponics and tunnels.
We want to help change social inequality by feeding the community with the best food we can in an environment which in itself teaches us to change our lifestyles for the better.
